Orders placed on Kaleshi Aurat are processed promptly. Regular orders are shipped within 24 to 48 working hours of order confirmation.
Pre-Order Items: Limited collection or pre-order pieces may take longer due to bespoke manufacturing and quality inspection. The estimated dispatch timeline will be indicated on the respective product page.
Delivery Timelines & Shipping Fees
Standard courier delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days following dispatch, depending on your pin code and regional logistics conditions across India.
Shipping Charges:
• Shipping fees are calculated dynamically at checkout based on delivery location and order weight.
• Special promotional Free Express Shipping applies when your cart meets active discount or threshold promotions.

Exchange & Reverse Pickup
Need a size change or different item? We offer an Exchange Only policy within 5 days of delivery.
An exchange fee applies for reverse pickup and re-shipping. If reverse pickup is unserviceable at your location, customer care will provide return address details for self-shipping.
