All content on this website—including but not limited to brand logos, apparel designs, photography, styling concepts, graphics, text, and digital media—is the exclusive proprietary property of KALESHI AURAT and protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.

Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Product Representation & Imagery

We endeavor to describe and display all products as accurately as possible. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Disclaimer: We have made a consistent effort to make the colors and finishes similar to the image of the products you see on screen. However, the actual product and the images may slightly differ due to display variations and fabric batches.

Orders, Payments & Cancellations

All online orders are processed securely via Razorpay payment gateway (UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking).

Order Cancellation: We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed. Once an order has been packed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Exchange Only Policy

We operate strictly on an EXCHANGE ONLY basis within 5 days of delivery. We do not provide cash refunds or store credits.

Items must be unworn with tags and packaging intact. For any claims regarding damaged or incorrect items, a continuous, uncut unboxing video is mandatory. Please review our full Shipping & Exchange Policy.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to our website or purchases shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Maharashtra, India.
